Amy is a certified personal trainer based in Irvine, CA, with a particular focus on helping women build strength and confidence through weight training. Her approach combines individualized programming, progressive overload, expert instruction, and consistent accountability to create a clear path toward measurable progress.
Personal, attentive, encouraging, and honest: Amy takes the time to listen, notice the details, and adapt each program to the individual. Because lasting results require more than a template workout.

I build programs around individualized assessment, progressive overload, and consistent accountability. No templates: everything is designed around how you move and what you're actually trying to accomplish.
The method is consistent: fundamental movement patterns, executed well, loaded progressively. I keep it simple. But the coaching matters. Every session, I'm paying attention to how your body is responding, what needs to shift, and where you're ready to push further than you think.
I remember everything. I notice when something is off. And I will always be more invested in your progress than you expect.
Strength training should build resilience in both body and mind. This isn't about chasing a temporary transformation. It's about building strength, confidence, and physical capability that supports the life you want to live, now and for decades to come.
I work best with women in their late 20s to mid-40s who are new to the gym, coming back after a gap, or ready to finally get serious about strength training. I build programs for women who want real results and a coach who's paying attention to the details.
I have a passion for helping women who didn't think the gym was built for them discover how strong they really are. Most of my clients aren't lacking potential — they've just never had a program, or a coach, built around what they specifically need to succeed.
Getting stronger changes more than your body. It changes how you carry yourself and what you believe you're capable of. Watching that shift happen for someone is the best part of this job.
I became a trainer to help women get the strength and the body they want — and to prove, with results, that the gym was always suited for them.

Get in TouchNick is a certified personal trainer based in Irvine, CA, serving clients across Orange County including Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and surrounding areas. His work is focused on a specific problem: helping people who want to genuinely change their body figure out why training hasn't fully worked for them yet.
Most of the time, the answer is a movement pattern problem, not a structural limitation. Identifying it, correcting it, and building a program around how someone actually moves is the core of how Nick coaches.
There is no perfect program. That's not a hedge. It's a principle. A program that works brilliantly for one person may be wrong for another with different proportions, mobility limitations, or movement preferences. Nick's starting point is always the same: who is this person, and what does their body specifically allow them to do well?
Three things hold in every session, regardless of the client's goal:
Nick also believes in bringing clients' understanding up rather than dumbing things down. He uses the language of kinesiology and movement science in sessions, not to impress, but so clients can have informed conversations about their own bodies. A client who understands why they're doing something trains better and stays engaged longer.
His standard: a good trainer should make themselves unnecessary. Clients stay not because they need a trainer, but because they value the programming, the accountability, and the relationship. That's what he's building toward with every client.
Nick's best clients want a real body transformation (more muscle, less fat, moving better) and have been quietly convinced they can't train the way they want to because of some nagging thing. A shoulder that aches on pressing movements. A knee that acts up. Lower back tightness that shows up like clockwork.
In most cases, that thing is a movement pattern problem, not a structural limitation. Not something you manage forever: something you fix. Finding it, understanding it, and building it into the program is a core part of how Nick works.
"Most people who think they're too beat up to train hard aren't. They've just never had a program built around how they actually move."
Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, along with certifications including NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Precision Nutrition. His experience spans hands-on coaching, gym consulting across the Los Angeles area, clinical rehabilitation work, and product and onboarding roles at fitness technology companies — a mix that's shaped how he approaches programming today.
